EventSaan may collect account details, event details, order information, attendee information, device and usage data, and messages you send through the platform. Organizers may also collect attendee names, email addresses, ticket selections, and check-in status for their events.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide event pages, ticket checkout, ticket delivery, organizer dashboards, attendee support, fraud prevention, check-in tools, platform security, and service improvements.
Payments
Paid ticket checkout is processed through Stripe. EventSaan does not store full payment card numbers. Payment details are handled by Stripe according to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, and payment providers. We may also share attendee information with the organizer of the event the attendee registered for.
Data Choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, and operational limits. Organizers are responsible for responding to attendee requests related to their own event records when required.
