These Terms govern access to and use of EventSaan, including public event pages, organizer tools, checkout, tickets, QR codes, and check-in tools.
Using EventSaan
You may use EventSaan to discover events, create events, sell or reserve tickets, manage attendees, and check in ticket holders. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful events and lawful purposes.
Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for their event details, ticket availability, pricing, refund policies, venue rules, attendee communications, and compliance with applicable laws. Organizers must honor valid tickets issued through the platform unless a lawful event policy says otherwise.
Attendee Responsibilities
Attendees are responsible for reviewing event details before registering or purchasing, keeping ticket links secure, and following venue and organizer rules. A ticket may be refused if it is invalid, duplicated, refunded, cancelled, or already checked in.
Payments and Refunds
Paid ticket payments are processed by Stripe. EventSaan may create pending orders before payment is complete, but paid tickets should only be issued after payment succeeds. Refunds, cancellations, and event changes are primarily handled according to the organizer's posted policy.
Prohibited Use
You may not use EventSaan for fraudulent activity, illegal events, abusive content, unauthorized data collection, attempts to bypass payment or check-in controls, or activity that disrupts the platform or other users.
Platform Availability
EventSaan is provided as available. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, EventSaan is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for disputes between organizers, attendees, venues, vendors, or payment providers.
Changes
We may update these Terms as EventSaan changes. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
